Service Strategy
1. Early understanding and familiarity with customer needs: equipment capacity, equipment size, equipment color, etc;
2. Sort out the existing process based on customer information and communicate whether the process can be optimized when making equipment;
3. Produce equipment solutions (simplified version of DFM) and review them with the customer at least twice, and the customer will send relevant materials;
4. Evaluate the price based on the confirmed plan, and finally confirm with the customer the reasonable price and payment method before the customer places a purchase order;
5. 3D design of the equipment, and no less than 2 reviews with customers through online communication;
6. Material procurement and equipment assembly and debugging, the equipment delivery time will be determined after discussion based on the difficulty level;
7. Equipment packaging, customs declaration, and shipment
